DeepSign offers a streamlined solution for digital signing and completing agreements efficiently from any location. The platform's digital signatures are recognized as legally valid under Swiss and EU regulations, enabling users to sign a variety of documents—including contracts, healthcare records, leases, rental agreements, and NDAs—directly from their mobile devices across Europe. Additionally, DeepSign incorporates a free verification process through its integrated DeepID app to confirm user identities.

Brought to you by DeepCloud AG, DeepSign ensures data security through its Swiss-based infrastructure, adhering to strict privacy standards.

Functionality highlights include:

Uploading and digitally signing documents and contracts remotely.

Real-time tracking of signing progress and updates within the app.

Free verification of identities via the native DeepID app, which enhances the legal validity and security of signatures by ensuring authentic identity confirmation.

Core features encompass:

Signing and dispatching PDFs and contracts effortlessly, eliminating the need for printing or scanning.

Compliance with Swiss ZertES and EU eIDAS regulations for legally valid eSignatures.

Inviting co-signers to sign documents remotely with integrated request functionalities.

Free ID validation through DeepID, removing reliance on third-party applications.

Access to a history of all documents signed within the past 14 days.

Secure data storage in Swiss data centers operating under ISO 27001:2013 standards.

Adherence to international ETSI standards for digital IDs.

DeepSign facilitates secure, legal, and convenient electronic signing. Users can download the app to begin executing contracts digitally with confidence.

Data security is a foundational aspect, with management via an ISO 27001:2013-certified Swiss cloud solution. Users retain full control over their personal data, with strict safeguards against unauthorized access or sharing—all stored in secure Switzerland-based servers.

The platform supports the creation of electronically recognized signatures:

QES (Qualified Electronic Signature): The highest security level, suitable for high-liability documents; legally equivalent to handwritten signatures under Swiss (ZertES) and EU (eIDAS) law.

SES (Simple Electronic Signature): An easier solution for low-liability documents; does not replace handwritten signatures but offers quick and compliant signing options.

Pricing begins with a free tier offering five SES and two QES signatures upon registration. Additional signatures can be acquired via in-app purchase or billed directly to your organization. With over 10 million signatures executed through DeepSign, it provides a proven and reliable platform for digital transactions.
